The services we offer

We can help protect your property and sustain the local community, providing you with a regular income from property that would otherwise lie dormant. When we are allocated properties, either on a long or short-term basis, St Mark’s offer a service to the Housing Association concerned, making cosmetic improvements to the property and as valued members of the community. We are proud of our links with a wide range of agencies, stakeholders and housing groups.

• We are professional, experienced and organised
• We occupy units at an agreed rate
• We always pay licence fees on time and vacate promptly on request
• We maintain properties, although we do not undertake alterations
• We have a track record of improving community relations in problem areas
• We are friendly and respectful to our neighbours
• We alert you to structural damage, such as leaks and cracks
• We clear rubbish and tidy external spaces
